I've always been drawn to creating.

Whether it was small projects, crafts, or reimagining something old into something new, I've found that creative pursuits bring a sense of calm and meaning that's hard to replicate elsewhere.

Siela Jewelry (pronounced see-eh-la) began in a simple, unexpected way—sitting down to do arts and crafts with my niece. We were playing with a jewelry-making kit when something clicked. I started thinking about pieces I already owned but no longer wore, not because I didn't love them, but because my style had evolved.

That moment sparked the idea to repurpose and reimagine—to take what already existed and transform it into something that felt fresh, modern, and wearable again.

What started as a creative outlet quickly became something more.

The name Siela (pronounced see-eh-la) was inspired by two of my most treasured companions: my niece, Simone, and my dog, Isabella. Interestingly, I later learned that "siela" means "soul" in Lithuanian, a meaning that feels beautifully aligned with a brand rooted in creativity, connection, and pieces designed to be personal.

Every piece is thoughtfully designed and handmade by me in Connecticut. Many designs incorporate repurposed, upcycled, or carefully selected components, giving new life to materials while creating something uniquely beautiful.

Every piece I create is something I would genuinely wear myself. That's my filter. I'm drawn to jewelry that feels expressive but effortless, with just enough detail to stand out without trying too hard. For me, jewelry has always been more than an accessory. It's a way to express personality, celebrate individuality, and add a little joy to everyday life.
